At Culture Kings US, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your street style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in exchange for store credit or a size replacement. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor its journey back to our warehouse.
